What Type of Laws that Allow Intelligence Agencies to Spy on Foreign Diplomats?

ISA (Intelligence Services Act) was formed in 1994. According to the act, the agencies responsible for spying could conduct operation with ministerial authority and the techniques used for the task in G20 Summit, it was hard to imagine.

This is captured in section 1 of the ISA, which says the agencies operate "in the interests of national security, with particular reference to the defence and foreign policies of Her Majesty's government in the United Kingdom; or in the interests of the economic wellbeing of the UK; or in the support of the prevention or detection of serious crime". Such Acts are formed in the UK are in favor of national security. Moreover, public law advocates the right to appeal when breach of human rights happen. One have to hire a public law solicitor who fight for human rights and helps to get justice essentially.
